Designers Challenge

Week 5: Green Thumb.
We had to use an acrylic stamp and green ink.

This was the hardest one so far! We were supposed to scrap about flowers. I wanted to do a page of my grandma's garden, but I don't have any pics of that. So, I thought to do a LO of my mom's garden, no pics of that either. What I ended up with was a hodge-podge of supplies that didn't really match and some pics of the now dead plant on my patio and a pic from like 5 Easters ago. Oh well, I tried my best. How do you like the bling I put on the stamp? I thought that was pretty clever.

Hey Thanks!

I helped my friend Angela make these thank you cards for the baby gifts she has gotten. I love it when you can make a card over and over again with different paper. You might be seeing this design again for Carter's Birthday Party Invitations. Sorry about the distorted color. I couldn't get it right, and Nathan is not here to help. So...this is the best I could do.

designing for Studio 8 Paper Company. I am the head designer these days.

Gonna send this to my dad, Jake got one too.

Should look familiar.

The LO I did with Day Dream. I love this paper.

I decorated a formula can for my friend Angela's new baby. I put some onzies inside for when he gets bigger. We haven't met him yet, but now we have an excuse to go over!

Designers Challenge

Week Four: Yellow Card. We were supposed to scrap about things we've done to deserve a yellow card, like in soccer, but I am nearly perfect and have not done anything THAT wrong. But now that I am typing this I do remember a time when my brother and I got into my parents black checks and used them to play town outside. That was pretty bad, but now this cute LO of me and my boy is finished so it will have to do. I went with more of a mellow yellow and these pics seemed to fit. The product we had to use were fuzzy chipboard letters. Ugly font, but they work. Notice blossom again. I only have enough scraps left to do my easter cards. I am beginning to get sick of it. I think I've met my quota
